Privacy Policy
Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR. Last updated: September 2026.
Complete before going live: add the name and registered office of the hosting provider and, if used, the email or form provider. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR must be concluded with each of these providers.

2. Data you send us through the booking form
When you submit the form on this website, we process the following details:
- the type of request (membership, visit or both)
- your full name
- your email address
- your phone number (optional)
- the first name of the older person and their district in Vienna (optional)
- the preferred language of the companion
- interests and other notes (optional)
Purpose: handling your request, contacting you personally and selecting a suitable companion.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps taken at your request) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (the explicit consent you give in the form).
Retention: until your request has been fully dealt with. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply (in particular seven years under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code). Otherwise we delete your details no later than twelve months after the last contact.
Voluntary nature: providing the data is voluntary. However, without your name and email address we cannot answer your request.
3. Information about third parties
If you send us information about another person — such as the first name and district of your relative — please make sure that person agrees. We process these details solely in order to prepare the companionship. Please do not send health data through the form; we discuss such matters in person.
4. Server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system). This data is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically faultless operation).
Retention: normally no longer than 30 days.

5. Cookies, tracking and external services
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no social media plugins. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
The fonts used (DM Sans and Playfair Display) are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts and no IP address is transmitted to Google or any other third party.
6. Recipients of your data
Your data is never sold and never passed on for advertising purposes. Access is limited to:
- the founders of Prime Circle by GT,
- the companion selected for you, as far as this is necessary for the visit,
- our hosting and email provider as processors under Article 28 GDPR,
- public authorities, where a legal obligation applies.
No data is transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights at any time:
- access to the data processed about you (Article 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
- objection to processing (Article 21 GDPR)
- withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR)
